ROUTINE CARE

Cleaning and checks for a vacuum that needs routine attention.
Full internal disassembly, repairs, and a full accessory deep clean are separate. Filter care follows the model’s requirements; washed parts must dry before use.

Scratches and permanent damage may remain. Other models, unusual contamination, or additional work are quoted before proceeding. Parts and transport are separate.

KNOW HOW IT’S RUNNING
A standard check looks at charging, operation, and visible fault indicators. If battery performance is a concern, ask for an extended test: a full charge, a timed run under recorded conditions, and a recharge before return.
An extended runtime test is arranged separately, with any additional charge agreed first. It reports measured runtime rather than a certified battery-health percentage.
KEEP THE CLEAN GOING
Ask about monthly, every-two-month, or quarterly maintenance refreshes, based on your use and your vacuum’s condition. Deep disassembly is only considered when needed.
Tell us your preferred interval in your request. Visits are arranged individually and paid per visit; requesting information does not start a subscription.
Cleaning can restore suction lost to debris and reduce trapped odours. Results depend on the cause; damaged or contaminated parts may need replacement.
THE FINISHING TOUCHES
Deep cleaning includes inspecting rubber seals. A rubber-protectant finish is applied only where compatible with the seal material and the model, with suitability checked before treatment.
Worn or damaged seals may need replacement. A protectant finish does not repair cracks or guarantee a longer lifespan.
COSMETIC CARE · BY REQUEST
Interested in improving the clear bin’s appearance? Ask about cosmetic restoration. The bin’s material, condition, and proposed method are assessed before a service or price is agreed.
Dyson advises against using polish on clear bins. Polishing is not included in the standard deep clean; scratches or cloudiness may remain.
