A symptom doesn’t always point to one failed part. Weak suction may involve an air restriction or a seal; a stationary brush may involve the head, wand or connection. We check the problem before recommending repair work.
The repair assessment is $25.00, credited toward an approved repair or eligible Main Unit Deep Clean or Complete Deep Clean. You receive a quote for repair work and replacement parts, and approve the price before repairs begin. Cleaning, transport and optional cosmetic work are discussed separately. If you decline eligible work, the $25.00 diagnosis fee still applies.

Dyson trigger replacement.
If the trigger is broken or the vacuum will not stay on, request a diagnosis with your exact model. Colin checks the cause and confirms part availability and the repair price before replacing anything.
Models and repair availability.
Dyson cordless vacuums are a particular focus, including the V6, V7, V8, V10, V11, V12 and V15 families. Send the exact model if you know it; for other Dyson models, ask before booking so we can check the work and parts available.
Other brands are welcome for cleaning, diagnosis and select repairs. Availability depends on your specific machine and suitable replacement parts.
That Suucks is an independent repair business, not an authorized Dyson service center or a manufacturer-affiliated business. If your machine may still have manufacturer coverage, check that option before approving paid independent work.
Worth fixing? We’ll tell you.
We weigh the machine’s condition, repair cost, parts availability and remaining useful life with you. A sensible repair on a sound machine is different from replacing several expensive parts on a heavily worn one. Age alone isn’t a diagnosis.
If replacement makes more sense, we can discuss available refurbished vacuums. You decide after seeing the options; a request does not commit you to repair or replacement.
What to bring.

- Any fault message and a description of when it happens
Battery concerns can start with the standard charging and operation check. You don’t need to bring every accessory unless we ask. An extended timed runtime test is arranged separately, under recorded conditions, with any additional charge agreed first.
Cleaning and repair do different jobs.
A deep clean addresses suitable internal buildup. It cannot repair a worn battery, broken trigger or damaged electrical part. If a cleaning request reveals a repair issue, the additional work is discussed before proceeding.

Do you repair Dyson V11 cleaner heads?
Send the exact vacuum and head model with the symptoms. We assess head, wand and connection faults, but repair availability depends on what is wrong and suitable parts.
How long will a repair take?
Timing depends on diagnosis, approved work and parts availability. We confirm the expected timing with you and share updates; a booking request is not a same-day repair promise.
Is diagnosis free?
The repair assessment is $25.00, credited toward an approved repair or eligible Main Unit Deep Clean or Complete Deep Clean. The fee still applies if you decline eligible work. Repair work and parts are quoted afterward.
Can I choose not to repair it?
Yes. You decide after the findings and quote. We explain when the cost or condition makes replacement more sensible.

That Suucks is independent and owner-operated. Colin personally works on the vacuums, drawing on 16 years of vacuum repair experience. We serve Murray, Salt Lake City and the surrounding Salt Lake Valley. Eligible authorized locker drop-offs and pickups need no appointment; personal handoffs do.
Send your model and the symptoms first. We confirm the arrangement, assess the machine, agree the work and price, then carry out and test the approved work. You receive a private status link for updates shared on your job. Collection and payment are arranged when the vacuum is ready.
Wait for confirmation and drop-off instructions before coming over. Pickup or return delivery can be discussed separately.
