If the same problem comes back, we’ll make it right.

Repairs performed by That Suucks are covered for 60 days against problems directly related to the original repair or workmanship. If the same issue returns during that period, bring the vacuum back and we’ll inspect it and make the covered repair right.

This guarantee applies only to the original repair and parts supplied by That Suucks as part of that repair. It isn’t coverage for the whole vacuum or every problem that might happen afterward. Battery coverage is explained separately below.

It doesn’t cover unrelated failures, new problems, normal wear and tear, new clogs or blockages, accidental or liquid damage, misuse, damage from improper maintenance, or consumable items unless specifically stated otherwise.

For example: if we repair your cleaner head and your battery later fails, the battery issue is a different problem.

We may need to inspect the vacuum before deciding whether a concern is reasonably related to the original repair and covered by this guarantee.

Different problem? We’ll still happily take a look, explain what’s going on and offer a new repair if needed.

If you notice a cleaning-related concern after your deep clean, let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

This applies to the quality of our cleaning work. A deep clean does not provide a mechanical warranty for the vacuum, and this guarantee does not cover new dirt, clogs or blockages that develop after cleaning.

Our refurbished vacuums are carefully inspected, cleaned, repaired as needed and tested before sale. If a covered functional issue related to the refurbishment develops within 60 days, contact us and we’ll inspect it and make the covered issue right.

This is limited coverage for refurbishment-related issues. It does not promise that every component of a used vacuum will last for a particular amount of time. Batteries have separate terms.

It doesn’t cover normal wear, misuse or improper use, accidental or liquid damage, new clogs or blockages, cosmetic wear after purchase, or consumable items unless specifically included.

We inspect the concern to determine whether it is related to our refurbishment and covered by this warranty.

A new replacement battery follows the warranty specifically provided for that part, or the written battery warranty we provide at the time of service.

A used or original battery does not come with a runtime guarantee unless we specifically state one. The general repair guarantee and refurbished-vacuum warranty do not automatically guarantee battery runtime or performance.

Parts supplied by That Suucks are covered only when directly part of the original repair and within the applicable repair guarantee period. Batteries follow the separate terms above.

A longer manufacturer or supplier warranty applies only when that specific new part qualifies. We’ll explain any applicable coverage separately; a longer warranty is not automatic.

Accessories and consumable items are covered only if specifically stated.
